Lamb shank slow cooked for 4 hours to enjoy the tenderness of the meat, with many vegetables and aromatic herbs from which we prepered the sauce served with the rosemary – garlic flavoured mashed potatoes. We invite you to crunch it all the way to the bone, do not hesitate to ignore the cutlery in the end. (550 gr)
